Building a Balloon Rocket Car

Day 1 Today you are going to create a blueprint for your model car. Try to draw a top view (What does it look like when you look down at it?) and a side view (What does it look like when you look at it from the side?). See next slides for an example.

Blueprint A blue print is a 2-d drawing of an object.

Day 2 Today, you will be putting together your cars. Use your blueprint to put your car together. Are there any modifications (changes) that you had to make?

Day 3/4 Today, you will be running a few different experiments. On the back of your direction sheet are some different experiments that you are going to test out. Start with Experiment 1 and continue thru the sheet.

Day 5 We will be testing our vehicles out today!!! Let the Car Races BEGIN!
