Eligibility period Projects’ costs are eligible from: the date of approval of the Declaration of Interest by the Monitoring Committee; or the date of formal submission of the Declaration of Interest by the Lead Partner to the Secretariat (at project’s risk). 10 décembre 201810 décembre 2018

Certification of expenditure (1/2) Procedure The project expenditure must be certified by an external controller (i.e. certifying body); Each partner shall propose its own certifying body in the Declaration of Interest / Final Application; The national authorities of each partner shall approve the proposed certifying bodies. Official communication of the approval must be sent to the Secretariat. 10 décembre 201810 décembre 2018

Certification of expenditure (2/2) Requirements The partner’s expenditure cannot be certified and refunded if its national authority: has not yet signed the Memorandum of Understanding with the Managing Authority or has not set up a financial control system validated by the Audit Authority 10 décembre 201810 décembre 2018
