Learning Target For Summary Assignment Advanced Proficient Developing Emerging I can analyze a weather map to explain changes in the weather. I am able to identify multiple areas where the weather is changing. I correctly explain why the weather is changing and what the changes with be for each area. Weather Investigation Summary Go to the Mrs. Burke’s webpage to access today’s weather map. You will need to click on Unit 6: Weather and Climate, then find today’s date to locate the map. Click on the Image of the map to enlarge the view. Use the weather map and your notes to answer the questions on the summary sheet . Put your ANSWERs IN COMPLETE SENTENCES

When you finish the summary staple your notes to the back and turn them in Question Identify places on the map (by city or state) where the weather is actively changing. How do you know these places have actively changing weather?   Pick one of these places and describe the type of weather they can expect to arrive. (Use your investigation packet and notes to help you). Include an explanation of how the meeting air masses will create different weather. If you are working towards a score of advanced, you need to do what is described above for at least two places on the map. You may use the back if you need more room.
