How to start Select your public health issue for reflection and start reading your textbook or notes to understand the basic of the topic Tips- Don’t start writing randomly without reading about the subject of your reflection . As it will be difficult for one to think without background knowledge

First draft of reflection include following points Introduction What is the subject /issue What level of understanding you have before reading the material in public health How will you address the issue with current knowledge

Second Draft Here it is time for you to analyse the material in more depth Use your experience to explain the topic Tips –In reflection one can use first person For example, I think…………./ In my opinion

How to develop arguments in reflection? Any information from text or research paper is an excellent idea to mention with referencing . However, it is important to note that analysis of text idea is crucial in a public health reflection Therefore provide proof of your own understanding in a reflective discussion .

Introduction Provide a little background of your story Explain what are you going to do in the paper Example - Attending lectures in university for leadership has helped me to understand the difference between a team, coalition and partnership. Before this lecture, I was not sure about the relationship of these three terminologies and was unaware of deeper details of a model of collaboration.

Analysis Reference source of information and join with your personal experience. Analyse the event For example, I understand that for addressing community health problems, coalitions are necessary. Coalitions are important because a joint effort can achieve goals that individual cannot make by themselves (reference).

Conclusion Provide your future opinion What you think about the problem now How different is your view What do you want to learn in future For example-. I understand that this would be a challenging task because of conflict and ego of different members. However, with sound knowledge of collaboration framework I hope to achieve positive results.
