What did we do in terms of CFSR/CFSP integration? An interrelated whole is easier if you structure and organize your processes for both simultaneously. 12/5/2018 Iowa Department of Human Services

What did we do in terms of CFSR/CFSP integration? Aligned our organizational structures. Defined and communicated the CFSP and CFSR as parts of a whole at every opportunity. Used meaningful collaborations and integrated process to engage child welfare partners. 12/5/2018 Iowa Department of Human Services

Aligned our organizational structures. IV-B and CFSR coordinators are in the same bureau, managed by the same person. Service Business Task Team structure is aligned with CFSR & IV-B. CFSR outcomes and systemic factors are identified in our Child Welfare Strategic Plan. DHS Strategic Plan is integrated into IV-B. Preliminary Statewide Assessment integrated into the IV-B plan. 12/5/2018 Iowa Department of Human Services
