3 C/W CS TAC Activities: Operate a technical assistance phone hotline ( ) Conduct four regional events: Binghamton – March 26th – University-Assisted CS Models Rochester – May 4th – Community Engagement and Community Schools Wayne County – May 9th – MTSS and Community Schools Syracuse – May 16th – Leading Effective Cross Sector Partnerships Offer webinars/virtual meetings on a range of topics Activities and resources on website: nyscommunityschools.org Establish and maintain CS TAC statewide website Conduct annual on-site technical assistance visits to 10 schools Develop Communities of Practice

4 Additional Activities:
Conducting ongoing outreach: School Districts, BOCES, Teacher Centers, RICs, other TACs, SUNYs and Privates, OMH (Systems of Care), DOH (SBHC), DCJS/Youth Justice Teams, etc. Provide technical assistance to support alignment and integration of existing initiatives

Partnerships among community stakeholders, parents/caregivers and schools focus on supporting student development, improving student outcomes, supporting families and developing strong communities. Resources are more effectively and more efficiently utilized through a comprehensive tiered intervention approach that delivers stronger outcomes and improves accountability. Schools, families and communities work collaboratively, so that every component of the partnership is fully engaged and every intervention implemented is strengthened.
