Writing Warmup: 11/10/09 If you have children someday, what are the 2 most important lessons you will teach them? Why? How did you learn these lessons?

Background Info: Haiku Haiku originated in Japan. Similar types of poetry began in Japan in the 1600’s but actual “haiku” were not formed until the late 1800’s. Now, haiku are written in many other languages, including English. Haiku are often about seasons and nature.
