Look out for each other Safety Talks

Look out for each other The best answer is "C". If you see a co-worker doing something you know is unsafe, what shall you do? A) Pretend you don't see it, because you don't want to provoke an argument. B)Think to yourself," Serves him right. It's his fault if he gets hurt." C)Step in and acknowledge the unsafe behavior by saying you're concerned about the person's safety. Then, you should suggest a safer alternative. D) Tell your supervisor The best answer is "C". If you approach in a non-threating, caring way, you should be able to get your point across to your co-worker. Say "I don't want to see you get hurt. You could have an accident . I'll show you a safer way to do it. Of course, I expect you will do the same for me. After all, shouldn't we all watch out for each other?"
