Heartfelt Healthy Tip I 08 Heart disease is the No. 1 cause of death in the U.S. Do something good for your heart every day: Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, whole grains and healthy fats. If you smoke, try to quit. Visit kp.org/quitsmoking. Exercise regularly. Find an activity you enjoy and stick with it. Keep your blood pressure and cholesterol at recommended levels.
