Opening Prayer Heavenly Father, we come to you today asking for your guidance, wisdom, and support as we begin this meeting. Help us to engage in meaningful discussion; allow us to grow closer as a group and nurture the bonds of community. Fill us with your grace as we make decisions that might affect the students, staff, and faculty of St. John the Baptist. And continue to remind us that all that we do here today, all that we accomplish, is for the pursuit of truth for the greater glory of You, and for the service of humanity. We ask these things in your name, Amen.

Principal’s Report

Treasurer’s Report Ending PTC balance for January- $44,941.34 New statement for February expenses and deposits will be sent on April 1 Professional development was approved and paid for the teachers. The total cost was $1,298 from the Professional Development Account Collected boxtops earned $1,416.70

Current / Proposed Business Trivia Night raffle basket donations? Need helpers to set up starting at 9:00 3/24 Grandparent’s Day Book Fair Looking ahead – May elections: President, Secretary, Marketing, and Treasurer (nominations to be made next month)

Follow Up Business Teacher’s Lounge update – working to secure donations and a time to renovate with many conflicting schedules
