General Powell’s Rules   CHECK SMALL THINGS………Murphy’s Law…….Train the way you are going to fight…..walk through talk through  REMAIN CALM. BE KIND. JROTC CORPS/FLIGHT /ANY COMMANDER QUALITIES LEADERSHIP AND FOLLOWERSHIP SKILLS ---- LEAD BY EXAMPLE YOUR WORD IS YOUR BOND COMMITED TO PROVIDE SERVICE TO THE CORPS, SCHOOL, SCHOOL, COMMUNITY ……for how long????? NEVER LET POWER OR AUTHORITY GO TO YOUR HEAD HHH your goals=TENACITY TENACITY

IF YOU ARE GOING TO COMMAND- THEN COMMAND!!!!!

SUMMARY “DEVELOP YOUR TEAM, KNOW YOUR PEOPLE, SET REALISTIC GOALS AND EXPECTATIONS, LEAD BY EXAMPLE\…YOU WILL DEVELOP TEAMWORK” BRING IT HOME, KEEP IT HOME, HANG TOUGH NO JOKE …. THIS IS A SERIOUS OPPORTUITY WE WILL HOLD YOU ACCOUNTABLE AND SO WILL YOUR CORPS SHOW US WHAT YOU ARE MADE OF….. TAKE THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED WHAT WILL WE SAY ABOUT THE 2016-17 LEADERSHIP CLASS …NOW AND LATER.. ITS UP TO YOU
