Kuder® Navigator™ is an online education and career planning system that gives secondary students the tools they need to build a foundation for lifelong career success.

Navigator enables students to create multi-year education plans aligned with their assessment results and future goals. Helps students assess, explore, plan, and transition. Delivers simple content customized by developmental level. Provides a reliable foundation for career exploration with research-based assessments.

In 20 minutes or less, students can complete all assessments and get instant access to results that provide critical insights for career exploration and planning. Research based assessments-help students learn about themselves – what they’re good at, what they like to do, and what’s important to them. Helps students navigate career options and make relevant connections between coursework and the world of work. Supports high school completion and confident college choices with flexible education planning tools. Promotes effective career preparation by introducing students to lifelong portfolio development. Navigator also gives students real-world skills such as how to write résumés and cover letters, how to research employers, and how to prepare for job interviews. Students can even create an electronic portfolio they may choose to share online with prospective colleges or employers. The Career Planning Timeline found in Navigator is of particular usefulness to give students in all grades an idea of what steps they should take (and when) in their career path and help them stay on track. Parents can also access information from their child’s profile, which gives them a better idea of what needs to be done and when to ensure their child is getting the information needed for effective education and career planning.

There are 6 National career fields and under each field are clusters that are nationally recognized. Under each of those clusters is a list of the occupations or pathways a student can explore. Please look at your child's assessments and help them determine a pathway for their career choice.
