Our vision Concrete recommendations of the PALOMA handbook enable the professionals to promote mental health and improve services in a culturally sensitive way. As a result, refugees’ mental health and overall wellbeing will be improved in Finland. 16.5.2018 Johanna Mäki-Opas

The PALOMA project is carried out by the National Institute for Health and Welfare (THL), Kuopio University Hospital, the Finnish Association for Mental Health, Helsinki University Hospital (Department of Psychiatry), and the City of Hämeenlinna. The project is funded by the EU’s Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF), and runs from 1 January 2016 to 31 December 2018. 16.5.2018 Johanna Mäki-Opas
