Part 1 - Definition Definition of Ideology

Part 2 - Matching Match the 7 ideologies (provided on summary sheet) to their definition.

Part 3 - Right Wing or Left Wing Need to identify whether the statement would be considered right wing or left wing (based on the political spectrum and compass).

Part 4 – Short Answer Importance of ideology. Political Spectrum – Be able to draw it & the issues/characteristics that position the ideologies on it. Political Compass – Be able to draw it & why it may be better than the political spectrum. Pros & Cons of Nationalism. How these effect our world today.

Part 5 – Long Answer Explain two of the ideologies that you researched in class. Need to provide 5 points for each of the chosen ideologies. Liberalism Conservatism Socialism Fascism Communism Anarchism
