there will be a difference between the rich and poor
people should own their own businesses

3. Communism
Communism
-the economic system that believes the government should control everything.
- Communism is usually a form of totalitarianism.
- People on the far left of the political spectrum believe in this.
The beliefs about communism
-the government should decide how much money you make
-everyone is the same (no rich and poor)
-free education
-free health care

4. Socialism
-Socialism is the belief that people should share the wealth of the nation. -This is a left wing ideology, but not as far left as communism. -Socialism does not require a totalitarian government. -Rich people will pay more taxes. -Many communist countries begin with socialist ideas, but then the government takes more control. -Socialism can also be defined as a “mild” version of communism.
