We begin with the start screen Here all suppliers will be shown, where a purchase order is possible Suppliers with parts still in backlog are shown here

We begin with the start screen On the notepad you can see all spare parts to order. With a click you jump directly to the dataset

Find spare parts Click at the button Find spare part in main menu… …and set a search phrase… sensor

Search hits … and you will get all matching search hits: Select the dataset and you will get…

Purchase orders When purchase quantity was set the supplier appears at the start screen. You can wait until more spare parts are to order with this supplier… …or set and print purchse order immediately with a mouse click

Purchase order Now you can print purchase order or fax it

Spare part in backlog After a purchase order was set the supplier appears in the window backlogs Every time you have an overview which supplier has to deliver parts If spare part was delivered please click at the supplier…

Check in spare parts delivery Now select the delivered spare part… …and set the delivered quantity The dataset will now be moved to archive

Adresses Adresses can be filtered with the character bar… or with the filter ( supplier, service provider, etc.) Click here to add a new adress

Barcode labels To print barcode labels, please click at barcode… Select label printer and report file… and click here

Barcode labels …you will get a barcode label for this spare part Tested label printers and scanners you can find at our homepage

Stock labels Click on the menu stock at stock labels Example: rack 13, panel 2 And fill out identifier: 213

Barcode labels …you will get a barcode label to mark your racks Barcode: With the function stock place scan you can scan stockplace first, and afterward all spare parts inside. As result the stock places where overtaken from the software automatically ack

Scan spare parts for purchse order With the function order scan you can import a batch scan file.
