Introduction Hedgehogs are wild animals. They can roll into a ball, climb walls ,build nests, swim and dig for food.

Food Hedgehogs eat snails, worms, nuts, beetles , eggs , slugs , berries , frogs.

Habitat Hedgehogs make their nest under hedges or near walls.

Other interesting things There are no hedgehogs native to Australia or North America There are 17 species of hedgehog in Europe, Asia, Africa, and New Zealand.
