Databases, a.k.a. Online Resources Why you will like them - citations provided, easy to save to Google Docs, wide variety of format: magazines, book articles, images, video, newspapers, etc.. Why your teacher likes them - information is: current, credible, unbiased, peer-reviewed

Choosing Credible Sources Using RADCAB When was the information published? Has it been updated?

Choosing Credible Sources Using RADCAB Who is the author of the information? What are his or her qualifications?

Choosing Credible Sources Using RADCAB .mil .org .net .com .edu Domain suffixes .com – commercial site. Generally info will shed a positive light. Monetary incentive. .edu. – educational institution. Can range from K to higher ed. Students to profs .org – traditionally non-profit. Usually credible but watch for bias. .mil - military .net – Network. Catch all for any that don’t fit. Give careful scrutiny.
