Uses of the Conditional Tense The conditional tense is used to say what someone would or would not do. examples: I would put the computer there. I would not discuss that with Paco.

Uses of the Conditional Tense The conditional tense is used to make polite requests. examples: Would you pass the potatoes, please? Would you drive me to Columbus?
