Make sure you have your head set on! Skype for Business Video and Audio Calls You can use Skype for Business to make audio and face-to-face video calls with your contacts. All you need is a camera and a headset. You can also use mobile phone handsfree headphones. Skype for Business automatically detects your audio and video devices and you can check these through Options Tools Audio or Video Device Settings. Click on the Phone icon Use the dial pad to call or Click the blue answer icon Click the red “end call” icon when you’re already on a call, to send the incoming call to your voicemail Search for a contact that you have a number stored for Right-click on the contact Choose Call Choose the phone number (rather than Skype Call) Make sure you have your head set on! Video on/off Mute End call Call Controls Click the Call Control icon to display the options to put call on hold or transfer

Skype for Business Voicemail How to set up voicemail Click on the Phone icon. Click on the Voicemail tape icon: Select Change Greetings. To set or change your standard greeting, press 2 and follow the instructions. Callers will be redirected to voicemail if you cannot get to the phone or if you’re not signed in, if you have set your presence to Do Not Disturb, or you’re already in a call. Activate Voicemail Turn voicemail on and off Click on the Phone icon Click on Voicemail tape icon Select Set Up Voicemail Click Activate Voicemail
