Hometown Pierce, NE Family: Grew up with one brother and one sister. They are now married and his sister had two little girls and his brother had a little boy. AHHH! Population: About 1,700 people. Location: Pierce, NE is located in Northeast NE, close to Norfolk. History: Pierce was originally found by the Germans. On February 14, 1871 the city of Pierce was established.

Growing up in Pierce, NE Continued Pierce, NE from Elementary to High School. During those years he played the trombone from 5th through high school. Tried the baritone his Jr. and Sr. years, and played the piano for a full eight years. Then graduated at Pierce High School. He went to Chadron State College for 2 years. Ended up transferring to Midland Lutheran College for another 3 years. He then graduated. Yeah, Mr. Luebbe!!!

BMS What convinced Mr. Luebbe to move to BMS was because he not only enjoyed the staff but he heard Beatrice was a good school. So far Mr. Luebbe has enjoyed his time at Beatrice. When he got here he changed his room a lot. He rearranged the desks, and did some cleaning too. He did like some of the things left over so he kept them.

Outside of BMS Mr. Luebbe does not have a job outside of teaching. He does help coach the BMS 7th grade volleyball team in the fall and helps coach the boys track in the spring.

Favorites “Ferdinand the Bull” Favorite Pet: Favorite Book: “Ferdinand the Bull” This book has been his favorite ever since 1st grade! Favorite Colors: Blue and Black! These are also the background colors for all the slides! A Dog

School Favorites Favorite Teacher: His favorite teacher was Mr. Hoefener, he was his 5th grade teacher. He made school interesting and fun! Favorite Grade: 5th grade
