Society Like the United States, Canada is comprised of immigrants, eh Native Americans (indigenous and the “First Nations”), eh The Inuit people obtained self-governance in 1999, eh French immigrants (first major colonists), eh English immigrants (later colonists), eh Europeans comprise about half of the total population, eh Mostly in Ontario, the Atlantic Provinces, and British Columbia, eh Canada is bilingual (French and English), eh Although English is the unifying language, eh Hey! Eh! Eh! Hey! Oui! Eh! Hey! Oui! Hey! Eh! Oui!

Culture Contemporary Canadian art represents Native American and European influences Canadian cuisine represents Regional dishes Seafood along the Atlantic coast French cuisine around Quebec Italian in Ontario as well as Eastern European (immigrants) Salmon and Asian in British Columbia Canadian enthusiasm for hockey
