PEDRO PUBLICATIONS   Mr Pedro has a small business creating leaflets for a charity. He works in an office at the back of his brother’s shop. Mr Pedro receives orders for leaflets via email. Customers also email Mr Pedro their Logo to include in the leaflets. A lot of customers require him to take pictures of their products and include them onto the leaflets. If the customers have a website, Mr Pedro looks at them to take ideas and keep the same colour theme. He prints approximately 200 leaflets every day. Prices are dependent on the amount of work involved, and the number of leaflets ordered. A lot of customers keep making changes to their orders, and so Mr Pedro is constantly changing the quantity, amount work and the total price. The customer collects the leaflets once he phones them to tell them the order is ready.
