Pro 22:28 Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set. Pro 23:10 Remove not the old landmark; and enter not into the fields of the fatherless:

They are Matthew, Acts, Hebrews and James. There are FOUR Books of the Bible where you can lose your way if you don’t keep your compass pointed toward the “ancient landmark” of the Nation of Israel. They are Matthew, Acts, Hebrews and James.

1Th 5:1 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. 1Th 5:2 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

• Key Event #1: The Nation of Israel’s final rejection of the Kingdom of Heaven. (Acts 7)

• Key Event #1: The Nation of Israel’s final rejection of the Kingdom of Heaven. (Acts 7) • Key Event #2: God is no longer dealing exclusively with the Jews, but has now taken salvation to the Gentiles. Act 11:18 When they heard these things, they held their peace, and glorified God, saying, Then hath God also to the Gentiles granted repentance unto life.

• Key Event #1: The Nation of Israel’s final rejection of the Kingdom of Heaven. (Acts 7) • Key Event #2: God is no longer dealing exclusively with the Jews, but has now taken salvation to the Gentiles. • Key Event #3: The execution of the Apostle James, and the decision not to replace him

It's important to understand that the transition from Israel to the Church and the Church Age were “mysteries,” or truths that were hidden from the twelve Apostles.

Trail Marker #1: This Book is entitled, “The Acts of the Apostles.” Trail Marker #2: Acts begins with the potential of the Day of the Lord taking place Trail Marker #3: Acts is a transitional book. Trail Marker #4: The Jews require a sign.

Heb 2:3 How shall we escape, if we neglect so great salvation; which at the first began to be spoken by the Lord, and was confirmed unto us by them that heard him; Heb 2:4 God also bearing them witness, both with signs and wonders, and with divers miracles, and gifts of the Holy Ghost, according to his own will?

1Co 14:21 In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak unto this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, saith the Lord. 1Co 14:22 Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not: but prophesying serveth not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.

Rom 11:25 For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, until the fulness of the Gentiles be come in.

Acts 1: The Faith of the First Christians The Gospel of Luke records what Jesus “began both to do and teach” in His human body, and the book of Acts tells us what Jesus “continued” to do and teach through His spiritual body.

Vance Havner “We are not going to move this world by criticism of it nor conformity to it, but by the combustion within it of lives ignited by the Spirit of God”

This Church knew who were False Apostles Act 1:21-22 Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection.
