Who should our examples be? 1 Corinthians 11:1 “Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ.” Romans 15:1-5, Let our behavior reflect the example of Christ!

Who should our examples be? Ephesians 5:1 “Therefore be imitators of God as dear children. 2 And walk in love, as Christ also has loved us and given Himself for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling aroma.” Philippians 2:1-5, look out for the interests of others 1Peter 2:20-23, suffer patiently

Who should our examples be? 1Corinthians 11:1 “Imitate me, just as I also imitate Christ.” 1Corinthians 10:32-33, seek the benefit of others Philippians 3:17 “Brethren, join in following my example, and note those who so walk, as you have us for a pattern.”

Who should our examples be? Philippians 4:8-9, God wills for us to enjoy a close relationship with Him! 1Thessalonians 1:6 “And you became followers of us and of the Lord, having received the word in much affliction, with joy of the Holy Spirit, 7 so that you became examples to all in Macedonia and Achaia who believe.” 2Thessalonians 3:7-10, avoid being a burden to others.

To whom are you an example? 1Timothy 4:12 “Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity. 13 Till I come, give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine.” Titus 2:7 “…in all things showing yourself to be a pattern of good works; in doctrine showing integrity, reverence, incorruptibility…”

To whom are you an example? Matthew 18:6 "But whoever causes one of these little ones who believe in Me to sin, it would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck, and he were drowned in the depth of the sea.” Philippians 2:14-15, We are an example to the world.

What type of example are we setting? Does my/your example promote a genuine sense of what it means to be faithful? Is my/your example encouraging church growth? Is my/your example worthy of imitation?
