Pagrindinės sąvokos Hipertekstas ir multimedija

Hipertekstas Hipertekstas – dokumentas, sudarytas iš teksto, piešinių, nuotraukų, diagramų ir kitų objektų, turintis nuorodas arba hipersaitus į kitus dokumentus ar kitas sritis tame pačiame dokumente. Hiperteksto principu sudaromas žiniatinklis (interneto tinklalapiai). Hipersaitas (hyperlink, link) – tai žodis, frazė ar grafikos objektas, kurį spustelėjus įkeliamas kitas tekstas arba grafikos objektas.

Tinklalapiai Žiniatinklio dokumentų (tinklalapiai) tinklalapių kūrimo kalba – HTML (Hyper Text Markup Language) Tinklalapis (web page) – hipertekstinis dokumentas, sudarytas iš tekstų, grafikos objektų, garso ir vaizdo įrašų, kurie tarpusavyje susieti saitais. Svetainė (web site) – tai grupė vienai temai skirtų kelių ar keliolikos tinklalapių, kurie susieti tarpusavyje saitais ir turi apibendrinantį pagrindinį puslapį (home page). Pvz.: http://www.gimnazija.tinkle.lt Portalas – tai svetainė kur galima rasti įvairią informaciją. Čia teikiamos įvairios e. paslaugos. Pvz.: http://www.delfi.lt, http://www.omni.lt

Programinė įranga Žiniatinklio peržiūrai naudojamos programos vadinamos internetinėmis naršyklėmis: Internet Explorer, Nescape Navigator, Opera, Mozila ir kt. Žinaitinklyje bendraujama pagal specialų žiniatinklio protokolą HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol)

Programinė įranga Tinklalapių kūrimui naudojama programinė įranga: Notepad (užrašinė); Micrsoft Front Page; Macromedia Dreamweaver; Nestcape composer; Irfan View ir kt.

Multimedija Multimedija (angl. multimedia) – tai informacinė technologija, kai pasitelkus tekstą, garsą, vaizdą, animaciją ir videoinformaciją kuriamas interaktyvus ryšys tarp kompiuterio ir vartotojo. Daugialypė terpė (angl. multimedia – multiterpė) tai bendras pavadinimas, kai taikomas kai bendrai naudojama keletą mišrių terpių: teksto, garso, grafikos, muzikos, vaizdo, interneto (intreaktyvumo) Informacijos pateikimas įvairias formatais nėra naujovė, tačiau multimedia dažniausia reiškia informacijos pateikimą skaitmeniniame formate (dvd, mp3, ogg, avi, mpeg, jpeg, jpg, ...)
