CFO Managed Funds Distributed for Education Over $600,000 disbursed for educational scholarship purposes for FY 2018 from private foundations and scholarships managed by CFO. These funds established by schools, organizations and private donors who choose to manage the disbursement process outside of CFO’s scholarship area. CFO disburses these funds to the institution or organization for review and distribution under individual criteria established and managed by the donor or third party assigned.
