What is “I am an IDP” App. ? ما هو تطبيق «أنا نازح» It is a free SMART phone app هو تطبيق مجاني للهواتف الذكية Can be downloaded from Google Play يمكن تنزيله من جوجل بلاي It has three objectives: له ثلاثة أهداف: 1- To increase self referral to services by providing adequate information to IDPs on available services & providers in their location. 1- دعم نظام الإحالة الذاتية بواسطة تزويد النازحين بالمعلومات المناسبة عن الخدمات المتاحة في أماكن تواجدهم 2- To enhance tracking of IDP movements & identify their needs for better humanitarian response 2- تعزيز تتبع سير النازحين و التعرف على احتياجاتهم بغرض تقديم الاستجابة الإنسانية المناسبة و الموائمة لهذه الاحتياجات 3- To improve quality of protection services by encouraging reviews of beneficiaries to services received. 3- تحسين نوعية خدمات الحماية من خلال تشجيع تقييم المستفيدين للخدمات التي تم الحصول عليها It is free SMART phones’ application. You can download it from Google Play and use it for facilitating the registering of Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). The purpose of the App is track IDPs movements and identify their needs for better and prompt humanitarian response. The application aims to provide adequate information to displaced people on available services providers in their displacement location through regularly registering and updating the available services in all location around. It also facilitates the provision of the feedbacks from the beneficiaries of the services provided in order to enhance complaining mechanisms and accordingly quality of that services.

Since launching the demo January 11th 2017: منذ تدشين النسخة التجريبية من التطبيق في 11 يناير 2017 - 407 users have downloaded the application تم تنزيل التطبيق بواسطة 407 مستخدم - 7,041 services have registered تم إضافة 7041 خدمة

Next Steps الخطوات القادمة Assessment of IDP use of Smart phones and internet. عمل دراسة حول مدى استخدام النازحين للهواتف الذكية. Adding the protection services in all governorates. استكمال إضافة خدمات الحماية في جميع المحافظات. Verification of the services added to the App (Continuous process). التحقق من الخدمات التي تمت اضافتها الى التطبيق ( عملية مستمرة ) Evaluation of the App together with the Executive Unit of IDPs. تقييم التطبيق بالمشاركة مع الوحدة التنفيذية للنازحين.
