AAC was first developed in Sweden and has been used extensively as a building material in Europe for over 70 years.

In the last 20 years there has been a marked increase in the use of AAC throughout the world and plants now exist in the Europe, USA, China, Russia, India, Australia and New Zealand to name a few.

Advantages of ACC AAC was invented before its time, before people really understood the critical need for such a material used in buildings.

Vinyl (uPVC) windows have been widely favoured throughout Europe for the last 20 years with the use of double glazing. Un-plasticized Polyvinyl Chloride (uPVC) is a rigid plastic which has many benefits as a construction material. uPVC windows have an estimated lifespan of 35 years.
