What are you interested in? I am interested in movies and books. Some of my favorite movies are The Dark Knight, Titanic, 500 Days of Summer and Grease. Some of my favorite books are all the Harry Potters and To Kill A Mockingbird.

In terms of English, what are your favorite types of books to read? I love mystery and horror books. Although both of my favorite books are neither of these, I mostly read mystery/horror/and some non-fiction.

What are you most interested in learning about in regards to Utah history? I am very interested in the Donner Party and modern day Utah history. A lot of history classes never reach modern day, so that is why I am so interested in it – I may not know as much about it.

What motivates you to learn? What do you like to learn about and why? I am motivated to learn simply because I like it so much. I love to learn about things that interest me, so sometimes it’s difficult to get excited about something that I find boring. I like to learn about history, English, pop culture, different languages – almost everything besides math and science.

Do you like to read poetry? Why or why not? Yes! There is a lot of poetry I don’t like, but when I like a piece of poetry, I LOVE IT.
