Leadership And Team Work Welcome –

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step GRASSHOPPER, A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step So if your ready , let’s step off together?

PLANNING By failing to prepare, you are preparing to fail. Benjamin Franklin We are not going to be talking about failure today, because I know each and everyone of you have spent countless hours already planning.

LEADERSHIP GOALS Prioritize ---What do you want to do? Action Plan --How do you want to do it? Assessment -- How are you going to measure your success? How do you plan on building a strong organization? How do you plan building awareness among our membership and your state/department? Build awareness among your officers, your membership and the entire veterans community

It is Impossible for an organization to renew its way to growth. So to build up a viable Auxiliary - we must implement procedures to successfully re-engage former members and increase new member participation. Talk about successful acquisition – in a nutshell –its simply articulating ones pride in what we do, who we do it for and why we are doing it. Acceptance will come through the desire to be part of the work we do.

“Auxiliaries that stimulate higher rates of engaged members also report higher renewal rates.” Engagement helps solve membership and program problems.

MEN·TOR noun: mentor plural noun: mentors an experienced and trusted adviser

WE MUST ALL BE A TEAM OF MENTORS State Officers and Chairman District Presidents, Officers, and Chairman Aux. Presidents and Officers State and National Recruiters All Members Is your membership team “TALKING” membership? Is your membership team capable? Are your state and National Recruiter’s Trained?

TEAM WORK
