Report of WG GNSS and Discussion Survey results on the present situation of the Remote Calibration Services Sub-WG surveyed and 14 NMIs replied. 9 NMIs providing remote calibration services. 3 NMIs have plan to provide them in future. Service categories of the remote calibration: - Frequency : 9 NMIs - Time : 1 NMI - Time scale difference : 2 NMIs 5 NMIs already have the quality system for the remote calibration service.

Action plan for Remote Calibration Services Report of WG GNSS and Discussion Action plan for Remote Calibration Services Discuss and create a guideline of the remote calibration service in T&F field. Discuss and create a guideline of the use of GPS(GNSS)-DO in the traceability system. 9 NMIs want to participate in the sub-WG : NICT, KRISS, TL, NIM, NIMT, A*STAR, NPLI, SIRIM, and NMIA  Coordinator of this sub-WG under WG GNSS : Dr. M. Report of WG TWSTFT and Discussion Asia Link Satellite Participating stations JCSAT-1B NICT, KRISS, TL, NMIJ, NTSC, SG, NICT LF station x2 24 sessions/day, Stable and high-quality link JCSAT-1B will complete the service in 2010/4. Plan to shift it to a new satellite from 2009/4 or 2010/4 : Proposed satellites: IS-8, GE-23 11

Report of WG OFM Activity in 2008 Organize a Special Session for Optical Frequency Metrology at ATF2008 Workshop. Information exchange on optical clocks as “secondary representations of the second”, and optical combs for CCL-K11 including CMCs.

Other Business ATF 2008 Workshop was successfully held from Oct. 30 to Nov.1. (for 3 days) - No. of attendees: 50 - No. of presented papers: 50 - 2 invited speakers (BIPM, MS GmbH) -12 status reports from T&F labs in APMP A seminar was proposed to harmonize or standardize the T&F calibration report at APMP 2009 by NML-SIRIM. TCTF chair’s business was transferred to Dr. Hosokawa and his colleagues in NICT.
