Lego Robotics!

Robotics! For two weeks this term we did lego robotics. This is my reflection on it.

My group! For robotics we were in groups. The highest number of people you could have in a group was three. I was in a group with Nellie and Zara our group was called INZ balalalala!

What we had to do? To make the robot first we had to choose what type of robot to do, to build it then we had to download the firmware and do the training missions. Then we had to pick a song and start programming!

Our song! For our song we chose upside down by Paloma Faith! Here is a video.

YCDI. For robotics we had to use the You Can Do It or YCDI keys a lot. Here are two slides focusing on the two main ones we used.

Resilience When we were making and programming our robots we had to use tons of Resilience. So when the program wouldn’t work and the wheels fell off we didn’t just give up, we stuck at it!

persistence We had to be really Persistent when we programmed the robot so that we kept going even though it was hard and sometimes didn’t work.

The dance Here is the final product. Enjoy!

Thanks for watching my slide show and I hope you have fun doing lego robotics in your class!
