Background Email dated Sep 19, 2006 from Hillary states that: site description booklet provides general background information site description booklet needs updating since it was written and published more or less 7 years ago (in 1999) The site description update was due on December 10, 2006 to Hillary for final editing and layout

On Nov. 15, 2006, with the help of the CLSU project staff, we started to extend assistance to the PMO to coordinate the editing of the site description booklet for this important undertaking.
