What a Student Sample Might Look Like Dear Mr. Smith, I am looking for a new friend. The friend that I used to hang out with has made some choices that I do not want to make. Friends need to be honest and open with each other. When things are going bad, friends need to be there to help each other not turn to drugs or alcohol to help them. I am a nice person who does not talk about people behind their backs. I enjoy being outside biking or walking and playing all sorts of games. I do not like to stay inside when it is nice outside and play video games. I hope you will consider me as a friend. Sincerely, Friendly new person
