halFILE User Group Mission Our mission is straightforward and effective: to continuously educate our members, facilitate networking among colleagues and hal Systems representatives, and influence future hal Systems product releases and direction.

HUG 2004 ! Users should plan the session content When - Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, Jan? Where? How long - One, two, three days? What would you like - training days, sessions? Who will help plan for 2004?

hal will help with: Planning Some costs for the conference Educational sessions Training, if requested Web site

Session Content New features review Training on halFILE modules Next release plans Other software (such as this year’s SQL Server session) All of the above?

When ? Best time for hal is Sept-Nov The next best is probably summer

Where? Austin again? Dallas? San Antonio? In a central part of US? At a resort? Las Vegas, or Disneyland /DisneyWorld?

How Long should it last? 2 days of sessions + 1 training day like this year? 1 day of sessions + 1 training day? 2 days of sessions like last year? 2 days of sessions + 2 training days?

Training ? Short sessions like this HUG? More training? Training on what topics? 3rd party product training (SQL Server/Crystal)?

Who wants to help us plan? Any volunteers? Karen will be the hal coordinator
