Ingredients chicken thighs Spices ground black pepper Vegetable oil Tomatoes paste Onions Garlic sliced Ginger Chili pepper/fresh pepper tomato purée /fresh tomatoes long grain rice

First.. Slice tomatoes Onions Slice green/ red pepers

Stew making Put oil in the cooking pot Put your slice onions Tomatoes Leave it to be hot. Put your slice onions Tomatoes Then stir Tomato paste

Meat Season and cook chicken

Continue with stew Now put seasoning Then keep stirring Whatever you want or uses Then keep stirring So it doesn’t burn chili pepper or fresh pepper Continue to stir…

Check the meat Fry or bake meat Now wash your rice Put some water Salt Put in the stew Put some water Salt Then stir..

Finally Cover the rice Lower gas After 30-40mins To prevent rice from burning After 30-40mins

Ready to Serve!!! 
