 What is Maniks pulse valve?  Maniks has innovated pulse valve and pulse jet valve for reverse pulse jet bag filters, with new design and development offering precisely engineered valve of market need.pulse valve MANIKS Pulse Valves are ideal to replace existing diaphragm technology in applications such as reverse jet bag houses and dust collectors, pneumatic conveying and bulk material handling. The high speed operation besides saving of compressed air helps to provide shock air wave for dislodging of dust from filter bags. High flow, long life and fast diaphragm action produce reliable and economical operation.

 Working principal :  Maniks pulse valves are operated by integral solenoid pilot operator. When the valve is energized, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphragm is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pilot valve is de - energized, air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the valve. Maniks

 Application of Pulse Valve  Electromagnetic pulse valve, also called diaphragm valve acts as a “switch” for compressed air in the dust clean blowing system for pulse bag filters. It is controlled by the electric signals from the pulse-jet control device. This system cleans the filter bags cluster by cluster with high-pressure blowing to keep the pressure resistance of the baghouse within a pre- set range, and thus ensure the processing capability and the dust-collecting efficiency of the baghouse.
