Roles and responsibilities Project Overview Roles and responsibilities AECOM Oversee, support and document the completion of all key project tasks Mecklenburg County Serve as lead coordinating agency Designate local project manager Assist with the collection of documents and other required information Provide logistics for planning team meetings and public meetings Host and manage a project information webpage Respond to inquiries from the general public and/or interested stakeholders Coordinate with participating jurisdictions
