Coaching Philosophy Video clip Misson: Engage daily in the process of becoming our B.E.S.T Video clip

Come join in the Process! Parent Expectations Come join in the Process! Belief: Believe in players, coaches and process. Speak in a positive manner about players, coaches, and program in public. You are the most influential voice representing our program to the public

Parent Expectations Effort: Join in, participate in team events, join a committee, volunteer, fundraise, etc. Support and encourage the committment and sacrifice.

Parent Expectations Synergy: Applaud for every player, let it be your son’s experience. Reinforce the culture. Help monitor rest, diet, etc. Be in partner in helping them be their best. Studies show what players want to hear most from parents is: “I am of proud of you, I love to watch you play.”

Parent Expectations Toughness: Live it out. We all have to practice the self-discipline to of embracing and enjoying the process or do we default to performance based expectations.

Parent Expectations Attitude: Be positive. How do we treat each other, what do we say, what are we projecting. We all create the climate.

We will have an amazing season! Player’s yearly motto PLAY FREE! We will have an amazing season!
