Planning to coach 8th graders next season
3 children, coached all 3 at one point, Son Noah plays for PGHS JV, daughter Abby is on this team, oldest now in college
Work full time at Intel in Folsom
Assistant Coach Tom O’Brien (was head coach for 8th graders)

3. Expectations Practice
Plan to be at every practice. If there is one time special circumstances, I understand.
If a player misses a practice, there play time will be impacted in the next game .
Play time
I will play every game to win. Goal will be to play all girls in all games. (goal does not equal promise)
Playing each girl in a game does not mean equal play time.
A player who misses practice before a game may not play at all in that next game.
Concerns/Frustrations
Have players talk to me before or after practice about any concerns
If needed, me to express a concern and to setup a time to discuss

Best Teams apply a lot of pressure, and are able to handle pressure
We will focus on the following:
Ability to pressure opponents
Ability to beat the press and not turn over the ball
A simple offense focused on passing and cutting to the basket

6. Help Needed /Contact Score Keeper
Need someone to keep a score book at all games. Consists of tracking points, fouls, time outs. We can provide training. Ideally like to have 2 people willing to do this.
End of the year party coordinator.
Other notes:
Took last years team to a Women's Sac State game. I would love to do that again this year.

9. KAMS at the Kings Saturday, February 3 Golden 1 Center 12:30-3:00pm
All MUST have a ticket for the Kings v. Mavs game to get into the KAMS v. Toby game.
