E-Learning Support in Scotland Learning and Teaching Scotland supports the use of ICT for learning and teaching in the school sector Joint Information Systems Committee supports the use of ICT for learning and teaching in the further education and university sector All educational institutions are inspected and assessed on the use of ICT for learning and teaching

Reid Kerr College (RKC) 5th largest FE college in Scotland based in Paisley Over 20,000 students undertaking a vast range of professional and vocational qualifications 620 members of staff 50% of which are lecturers
