Preliminary Conclusions CPR Report 2016-2nd Half Preliminary Conclusions To improve the quality of Performance Contract reporting Prepare an executive summary stating clearly useful information for delegations, such as: number of contracts and persons hired; amounts spent during the period, in both Dollars and local currency with Dollar equivalent; physical location of contracts; as well as main activities or functions supported via this mechanism. Clarify concepts of location of contracts (Country office, physical location, both, etc.) Include in contract information details a brief description of the purpose of the contract. Group information according to person hired, which would avoid having various records for a single individual. Continue with analysis of performance contracts in order to explore the subject further and to be in a position to propose measures for them to be better managed.
