Present Perfect Tense

What is a present perfect tense?

Time usages. Actions started in the past and continuing in the present. Example: She has worked in the bank for 5 years. We’ve have had the same car for 10 years.

2nd time When the time period referred to has not finished. Example: I have worked hard this week. It has rained a lot this year. We haven’t seen her today.

3rd time Actions repeated in an unspecified period between the past and now. Example: They have seen the film six times. We have eaten at the restaurant several times.

4th time Actions repeated in the very recent past (+just). Example: I have just eaten Have you just finished work?

5th time. When the precise time of the action is not important and not known. Example: Someone has eaten my soup!

Present perfect continuous Time usage: Actions that started in the past and continue in the present. Example: She’s been waiting for you all day. Actions that have just finished, but we are interested in the results. Example: It’s been raining(and the streets are still wet)

How to form the sentence. Subject to have past participle She has visited.
