“Building Character. Shaping Success.” WHAT IS MScM – MSEI? A degree program for experienced executives (managers) and entrepreneurs in socially oriented organizations Is for those who continually seek the latest cutting edge in technology and knowledge in order to make their organizations responsive and relevant to their stakeholders. A 15-month program tailored fit to the busy schedule of the executive/entrepreneur. A program that prepares and empowers the student executive/entrepreneur for the ASEAN integration and rapid globalization that are both crucial in doing business in the country and in Southeast Asia. “Building Character. Shaping Success.”

“Building Character. Shaping Success.” PROGRAM RATIONALE & CONCEPT: To provide entrepreneurs and professionals with greater exposure and specialized skills in the field of entrepreneurship in business and social enterprise with research intensive pedagogy. Consisting of 9 modules under 4 main domains Eighteen (15) month program with ASEAN immersion “Building Character. Shaping Success.”

Program Curriculum Design (4 domains) “Building Value in BUSINESS and in LIFE” Entrepreneurial Mindset and Personal Formation: Entrepreneurship in Transformational Leadership Business and Personal Mentoring Entrepreneurial Business Operation: Entrepreneurship in Operation Entrepreneurship in Accounting & Finance Entrepreneurship in Marketing and Innovation Entrepreneurial Business Environmental Scanning: Entrepreneurship in Economics Social Entrepreneurship (Co-operatives & Social Enterprise) Entrepreneurial Business Growth and Sustainability: Entrepreneurship in International & ASEAN Culture Entrepreneurship in Human Resource & Organizational Development Entrepreneurship in Good Governance & CSR

Shaping Success.” KEY OBJECTIVES?  Nurture, enhance and develop an entrepreneurial leadership mindset;  Provide entrepreneurial management concepts and tools to socially oriented organizations;  Fully equip managers with functional management skills to ensure growth and sustainability of their organizations “Building Character. MScM-MSEI Curriculum: Academic Related Courses (consists of 9 Modules) the Advance Entrepreneurial Management Report (AEMR) (requirement for MScM Degree) Research Writing Three (3) required Electives

MScM-MSEI Faculty: To be composed of Full time PhD faculty from across schools and adjunct faculty (specialists and current practitioners) Business Coaches who have had at least 15 years of experience

Professional Certificate in Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Completed 9 module course work Masters Degree: Social Entrepreneurship and Innovation Completed 9 modulecourse work, 3 required electives and Advanced Entrepreneurial Management Research Report (AEMRR) Personal Mentoring and Business Coaching are part of the Program as they are the strengths of the UA&P entrepreneurship. “Building Character.
