1. Review of action points from previous meeting Reminder to Partners to provide information on winterisation plans through the excel spreadsheet shared by the cluster co coordinator centre and south. Only UNHCR responded UNHCR / Sub National Shelter Cluster Coordinator to write letter to MOMD requesting reports on their shelter interventions . Done Cluster Co Coordinator to follow up with UNHCR and resolve CRI backlog in Al Alam 3 Camp in Salah a Din .Done Cluster to refer to CCCM, the Camp management issues observed in Kilo 18 and its extension Done UNHCR to notify Tikrit Shelter Focal Point of an alternate designate to provide support .Done Cluster Severity Map and 2018 PiN will be shared with cluster stakeholder once approved by the SAG - Pending

Cluster response updates on: Western ANBAR – Review of Response Plan ( Al Qaim and Ruua) People in need 50,000 5,000 individuals may flee to Syria 35,000 Individuals will remain at home or displace to locations close by home 10,000 individuals expected to be displaced to eastern Anbar camps Cluster will target 45,000 individuals under the Western Anbar Response Plan currently under review Recent Internal Displacements in Kirkuk Displacements occurred outside Kirkuk from Tuz Khurmatu to kifri and Nojul in Sulaymaniya ( unconfirmed reports indicate 25,000 individuals No recent displacements within Kirkuk Hawija Response Updates Since 24th Sept 2017 , Al Alam3 camp has received 1,657 Individuals ( 270 families) out of which 235 ( 40 families) individuals have left the camps and 1,422 individuals are still in the camp. Approximately 300 individuals ( 50 families) came directly from Hawija at the onset of the military operations , and 1,357 individuals 226 families )from informal settlements in Al Alam district UNHCR has been providing CRIs to new arrivals

Winterisation Plans: UNHCR has shared the winter plans for Center and South for Kirkuk, Salah a Din; Anbar and Baghdad for cash programming in camps ; UNHCR will provide USD 200 per family for IDPs in camps and 400 USD per family for IDPs out camps. The USD 200 per IDP family living in camps cash assistance will cover Kerosene for 4 months and winter top needs . UNHCR is targeting 12,000 families with cash in camps in Kirkuk, Anbar , Salah a Din and Baghdad and 3,000 families out of camp in the same governorates. UNHCR will provide in kind winter support for IDPs in Basrah, Muthana, Kerbala , Qaddissiya and Thi Qar Cluster is undertaking a winterization gap analysis to be shared as soon as its ready
