Participation by Administration and Others Superintendent – District liaison person to the commission. Report on progress to the school board. Business Manager – Assist in a advisory capacity on financial and demographic information. School Board Secretary – Maintain minutes and records of the commission meetings. Legal Counsel & Financial Advisor –Provide assistance and guidance. Public – Open meetings.
