Research, Design, Make and Evaluate Parent and Child Holiday Project Research, Design, Make and Evaluate As Newham’s first UNICEF Rights Respecting School, we actively promote ‘Equity’ in everything we do. Equity means giving all children what they need to survive, develop and reach their full potential without discrimination, bias or favouritism. Equality means giving all children the same. Article 29: Education must develop every child's personality, talents and abilities to the full. We would like you to work with your family to design and make a game suitable for both boys and girls. There will be a prize for the best one. Research different types of games. Draw a design of what your game will look like and list the materials you will need to make it. ( Record in your Homework Book) Make your game. Play it with a friend. Evaluate your game. If you made it again what would you change next time? Is it appropriate for both girls and boys? Bring your game to school on Tuesday 18th April 2017.
