What is Spirituality? This can be different for each person. Connect Learn Give to others Be active Be mindful These 5 points help take care of our mental wellbeing too! Some people say it is when they are connecting with family and friends. Some people say it is when they are learning new skills and get a sense of achievement. Some people say it is when they are giving to others. Some people say it is when they are more active. For example, going for a walk. Some people say it is when they are mindful, living in the present moment, including your feelings and thoughts, your body and the world around you.
