Application Scholarships Application is available on the Graduate Financial Aid website Deadline is February 14, 2018 Must have cumulative UG GPA of 3.20 Must be an accepted student Must reapply each year * Ph.D. in Administration & Leadership; separate application due April 15, 2018

Application Scholarships Scholarship amounts normally range between $2,000 to $4,000 Full-time versus part-time a factor

Student Loans Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan Alternative Loans

Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan Matriculating students enrolled at least ½ time; 3 credits per semester at Marywood Can borrow $20,500 per academic year Current interest rate is 6.00% Credit check is not required Six month grace period after graduation with various payment plans available

Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan Matriculating students enrolled at least ½ time; 3 credits per semester at Marywood Can borrow up to the cost of education per academic year Current interest rate is 7.00% Credit check IS required Six month grace period after graduation with various payment plans available

Alternative Loans Normally used in addition to Federal Direct Loans If used alone, no FAFSA required Credit check is required Interested rates and fees are usually higher than Federal Direct Loans The approved loan amount can never exceed the cost of education less federal loans, scholarships, and other aid Visit www.elmselect.com

Frequently Asked Questions and Tips Graduate students are automatically considered independent students The Financial Aid Office cannot discuss student information/status with anyone but the student. Please do not have parent(s) contact us on your behalf. The FAFSA must be filed each academic year and can be used for Fall, Spring & Summer of that academic year. Additional paperwork may be required. You will be notified by email.
